Medium, right here, Liver Rescue, can't keep my hands off this book.
I can't.
You guys, it's great being here.
I love you guys.
I'm really excited about this.
Pop-up live, heart palpitations.
Heart palpitations, that's what we're talking about.
You know, etopic heartbeat, the whole etopic heartbeat, heart palpitations, mystery heart
arrhythmia, tachycardia, mystery all of it.
That's what we're talking about, okay?
The heart, heart disease, heart problems.
That's what I'm talking about and why the liver plays a role with all of it.
How the liver is involved with all of it.
You protect your liver.
You protect your heart.
That's right.
You protect your liver.
You protect your heart.
Unbelievable.
You're happy to be here.
I'm excited.
This is really great.
Going to read right out of Liver Rescue.
We're going to cover this.
Yeah, heart palpitations, question mark.
Yep, exactly.
Cool.
Totally.
That's what we're on right now.
So if you've been diagnosed with any kind of heart disease or any kind of heart issue,
like if they find something like, you know, leaky ventricles or blood loss somewhere in the heart or arteriosclerosis or some kind of plaque buildup,
a blockage, a blockage in a blood vessel or an artery, a small artery or whatever it is, then yes, then you have something going on.
There's a reason you could be experiencing some kind of symptoms that relate to heart disease or heart problems or heart issues.
Right, you guys?
A whole bit.
But what if you actually get diagnosed or diagnosed with a dectopic heartbeat, which is mystery heart problem, like heart palpitation, which is mystery to research and science, which gets blamed on hormones because they don't have an answer.
So they blame it on hormones, which is ridiculous.
So what if you have something like that going on?
There's a real reason for these heart palps.
It really is.
And it has everything to do with the liver.
So stay tuned because I'm going to talk about that in a couple of seconds.
That's what's going to happen right now.
So here's the deal.
Years and years and years ago, we didn't have heart palpitations.
Yes, we didn't.
It didn't happen.
It was rare, far and few, a long time ago.
Now it's all the time.
Now it's one of the most common symptoms that women are facing today and men, but mostly women.
So what is it blamed on?
Hormones, of course, which is not the truth.
It's not how it is.
That's not the answer.
That's not the actual deal.
and it gets blamed on other things like thyroid sometimes and that's not the problem either.
So how do you get away from that misinformation, that confusion and all that?
Well, you learn the truth.
You know what causes a heart palp.
So it's really important.
Oh my God, that's you?
Yeah, the heart palpitations.
So yeah, so that's the whole bit.
Does your books come in audio?
It's a really good question.
Get it in print.
Read it.
It's one of those books.
I know we like the audios and all that, but it's one of those books where you have to read it to believe it,
meaning in the sense it's so packed, it's so filled.
It's one of those books, it's like you have to have it in your hands
because I have all the dosage of supplements in the back.
I have all the different illnesses and everything.
And if you hear it in audio, it's probably not going to be as easy to use.
So this is easier to use, believe it or not.
Listening to it might not be easier to use.
So I'd go with the print, the hard copy.
So focus on that first and maybe, you know, the audio down the road.
So the bottom line is, let's go to the heart palps again.
Very important.
So you get diagnosed with a heart palp. What is it? It's really a mystery, 100%. So if someone says, the doctor says it's hormones, no, it's not. It's a total medical mystery. Science and research has no idea whatsoever. Nothing. They have nothing concrete. They have no evidence at all that leads to any kind of thing that can give you an answer that, hey, your heart palps are this or your heart palps are that or your ectopic heartbeat or your mystery arrhythmia or your mystery tachycardia or your heart palps are that.
heartbeat going up and down all these mysterious ways. Scientific research, no clue, no idea on any
of that. I'm letting you guys know because it's the way it is. And if you experienced it, you know
what I'm saying. And you know that's accurate 100%. So if you guys experienced that and you went to
the doctor, 100% you would know that's exactly how it works. So let's go into it. What causes
these mystery heart palps? Right here, it's about the liver. Here's what happens. Inside your liver,
All this gunk builds up. All this junk builds up in there.
And I talk about it in here. The troublemakers, all the different troublemakers that we're up against every day build up in the liver.
The toxic heavy metals. Every one of you has toxic heavy metals inside the liver.
Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there.
We're kind of like a, what is it? You don't see it. If you don't see it, then you don't think it's there or something like that.
That kind of community in the world, that kind of society, that kind of human nature is like you have to see it.
Well, the metals are inside the liver, just so you know. They sit inside there. That's what they do.
And so you need to know how that works.
Okay, not only do they sit inside the liver, but something else sits inside the liver, viruses.
okay that's what sits inside the liver the epstein bar most common one most annoying one
sits inside the liver it feeds off of toxic heavy metals it feeds off of toxins it feeds off of
poisons and then it produces byproduct any kind of virus or bacteria that sits in the liver because
the back the liver is filled with bugs that's what our livers are like they're all they all
have bugs in it because that's where bugs go because all the garbage is inside your liver
If you get rid of the garbage out of your liver, if you cleanse it, if you detox it, if you guys clean it up and get that out of your liver, get the garbage out, then you're in better shape because bugs can't feed on it.
And what happens is once those bugs like Epstein-Barr are feeding off all those toxins and all that junk and all that garbage inside your liver, you guys, what happens is it releases byproducts.
It delivers byproduct out of it.
So what happens is it's eliminating all this byproduct.
That byproduct builds up, builds up, builds up, and when you're 40 years old, it releases.
It comes out of the liver.
It can't hold it anymore, and it bursts out of the liver in little clumps.
And what kind of clumps it is?
Little jelly clumps.
It comes out of the liver in little – you know what?
And it can happen at any age.
If you're viral enough and have enough junk in the liver at 10 years old, 20 years old, 30 years old, what happens is there's these little bursts that come out and that jelly spreads.
It comes out of the liver, floats in the bloodstream, and then it gets tangled up in the heart.
And before I go into that, I'm going to talk about something.
What a healthy liver is supposed to do, and I talk about this in Liver Rescue, so when you get a book, you'll be able to read this.
And I can't cover everything in this live.
There's no way.
I can't cover a scratch of this book in this live, any live.
But what the liver is supposed to do, a healthy liver is supposed to have a chemical compound in it that it releases to be a degreaser.
It has a degreasing agent.
So there's over 2,000 chemical processes, chemical responsibilities that actually the liver does and creates, okay, these functions, these chemical functions over 2,000.
Undiscovered by research and science.
They're only aware of about 400 of them, maybe close to 500 of them, and really not aware of all the intricacies of those 500, but there's over 2,000.
One of the undiscovered abilities of your liver is it releases a chemical compound that acts as a degreaser.
That degreasing agent compound is supposed to dissolve this jelly so you don't get a heart palp.
So this jelly doesn't build up in your arteries.
So this jelly doesn't build up in your heart valves.
Now, here's how it works.
The oxygen inside your blood is supposed to combine, it's supposed to connect to this degreasing compound, so this compound that the liver creates.
So this chemical compound needs oxygen in your blood to actually become the degreasing agent.
So as it gets released out of the liver, it has to bind to oxygen that's floating around in your bloodstream to create this compound.
Then it goes to the heart and it dissolves and disperses the jelly-like material causing your heart palp.
So let me just simplify it a little bit.
You're standing there or you're sleeping at night and you're getting the heart palp.
And something's happening and you feel like a little fish is jumping in here.
You feel like you've got a little tachycardia and you're scared.
You're going to the emergency room once again and getting no answers.
Because science and research doesn't know anything about that kind of stuff.
So what happens is when that's going on, there's this little sticky jelly sitting there in the mitral valve, aortic valve, tricuspid valve.
And if you've got a bicuspid valve, then you've got a bicuspid valve.
It's sitting in the bicuspid valve.
Not a lot of people have the bicuspid.
They mostly have the tricuspid, the whole bit.
So that jelly has been released from the liver.
Remember this.
This is gunk and byproduct from a virus and the toxic heavy metals and all the troublemakers I talk about here, pesticides and everything else that are in your liver.
Well, that jelly gets spit out of it, bursts out of the liver, and it clings to your mitral valve.
It clings to your tricuspid valve.
It clings to your aortic valve.
It clings to your bicuspid valve, and it gets stuck in there.
And it's really fine and really tiny.
It's tiny. It's microscopic. And it sits there. And then it just gives the valve just enough stick. And that's it. Just enough stick. You're not going to hear this from the doctor. Doctors don't know about this. It's why I write the books. It's why I try to get the information for you. And it sticks the valve just enough. So it takes a little time to, and then they worry about it being a prolapse. They check to see, well, you might have a mitral valve prolapse. And the person says they don't. I mean, the doctor says you don't.
And even if you had one, you can still have that jelly in there.
It doesn't matter what age you are.
That jelly can get caught in the microvalve and so forth.
So bottom line is this chemical compound your liver creates and releases has to bind to oxygen in order to work.
But here's the problem, you guys.
Everybody's on a high-fat diet.
I'm sorry to say everybody is on a high-fat diet.
Bottom line.
I'm going to read the last line right here of a part of the book here.
Not the last line.
The last line in this heart palpitation section.
Lowering the fat in your diet not only thins out your blood, it allows the liver to safely release what it's been holding back.
So all that buildup, all that gunk and byproduct and jelly that's built up in your liver, all of that sits in there.
It can't be safely released.
So it ends up building up, building up, building up because we're eating strong.
So much fat in our diet.
We're filling our livers with so much fat.
And that's one of the big problems.
And then when you're on these high-fat diets that's out there and everybody's on these high-fat diets,
it doesn't matter if it's bad or good, they're still high-fat.
It doesn't matter if you're vegan.
It doesn't matter if you're paleo or so forth.
What happens then with these high-fat diets is it takes out the oxygen in your blood.
You lose oxygen.
That's how it works.
You don't have the oxygen needed to combine with the chemical compound to disperse the jelly that's caught in your microvalve.
Let's disperse the jelly that's caught in your tricuspid valve.
You don't have that anymore.
So guess what?
You're going to walk around with heart pals.
You're going to have them for a long time.
You're going to be going to the doctor's office left and right.
You're not going to be getting answers.
They're going to be looking for plaque buildup.
They're going to be looking for all these other problems.
You're looking for high cholesterol.
They're going to want to throw you on statins.
You know what the funny thing is, which isn't so funny? They're going to want you on a prescription blood thinner. They're going to want you on blood thinners at the doctor's office. Now think about that. Wait a minute. Okay, so we're being told to eat all these high fat diets. Think about that. You can chug down all this fat no matter what. If you're plant-based, lots of avocados, lots of nut butters, lots of peanut butter, lots of peanut butter, lots of oils.
and we're told eat all this fat,
keto all the way or whatever it is,
or paleo, lots of fats.
Fats are good.
Fats are healthy.
All that's doing is thickening up the blood,
setting you up to guess what?
Doesn't matter how healthy it is or unhealthy it is,
it sets you up for heart disease,
it sets you up for all these other problems.
It gets you in trouble with your heart.
So what I'm trying to tell you,
and this is so important,
this is so critical,
that when you have anything like tachycardia,
AFib, arrhythmia, ectopic heartbeat,
heart pops, whatever you're up against,
They throw you on blood thinners many times or any kind of health condition with your heart.
They throw you on medications to slightly thin out your blood too, the whole bit.
And you know why?
Because they need your blood thinner.
Why wait to get that bad?
Why suffer?
Figure out how to fix the liver.
It takes care of it.
The liver releases this chemical compound and disperse that jelly that sits in the mitral valve
that causes your heart pout that science and research has no idea about yet
because this is still decades ahead of what's out there now.
And so why wait for that chemical compound and everything?
Why not fix the liver so the chemical compound can combine with oxygen and could actually do the job for you?
So you don't have to get sick.
You don't have to have the heart palps.
You don't have to have the arrhythmias.
You don't have the atopic heartbeat.
You don't have to be on the blood thinners a whole bit.
Why not fix it?
Bottom line, okay, you guys?
Talking too fast over here because I'm running out of time.
And listen, the 369 back here really helps.
That's a big thing that helps the 369.
and then supplements, what dosages it take for heart palps.
Why that is?
Because the subs are for the liver.
They're for the viruses inside the liver
and all the junk that's inside the liver.
And read the book front to back.
If you have heart palpitations, read the book front to back
so you can learn how to take care of your liver.
No matter what illness, no matter what disease
or whatever you're up against that's in this book
that is here on the back and in the front
and inside of it, all that, you gotta read front to back.
I'm going to Facebook Live.
I hope you got some of the truth about that, that you need to know about heart palps.
It's so critical to learn about that, how it works.
It's a sticky jelly.
It gets inside the heart.
It sticks to the mitral valve, gets you in trouble.
Your liver can't do its job.
Your blood's too thick.
You get dirty blood.
It gets overloaded with fats.
And then you got the heart palps.
And then you end up getting the heart disease.
I'm going to Facebook Live.
I love you guys.
Keep on reading.
Keep on getting through this.
I can't put this down.
Even though I wrote it, I cannot put it down.
I'm still reading it over and over and over again.
It's mind-blowing to me
because Spirit's information is for all of us.
I love you.
Go into Facebook Live.
Take care.
God bless you.
